OFP LLC only stores the information provided by you during the account creation process to facilitate access and security:

• Registration Data: Name, email address, and username.
• Identity Verification: Answers to selected security questions (stored in encrypted format) used exclusively for account recovery.
• Technical Logs: IP addresses and basic interaction data to ensure platform security and prevent unauthorized account sharing.

3. Payment Information Storage

Important: All payment information, including credit card numbers, billing addresses, and transaction histories, is stored and managed exclusively by our third-party vendor, Stripe. OFP LLC does not have access to, nor do we store, any of your sensitive financial data on our servers. Your financial information is protected by Stripe's world-class security infrastructure.

4. How We Use Your Information

The limited data we do store is used strictly for:

• Granting access to the Ridgeline Terminal software.
• Verifying your identity during password resets via your security questions.
• Communicating critical service updates or subscription notifications.
• Compliance with regulatory requirements as a Registered Investment Advisor.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or lease your personal data. Information is only shared with essential service providers (e.g., our hosting platform or Stripe) to maintain your service. We may disclose data only if required by law or a valid government request.

6. Data Security

By offloading all financial storage to Stripe and encrypting your security answers, we minimize the data footprint stored on our systems. While we implement industry-standard protections for your registration data, please remember that no internet-based service is 100% secure.
